How do I enrol my child?

Before you complete your child/ren's enrolment in a Parnell Trust School Holiday Programme, please be sure to read our Terms and Conditions which are available on the back page of the Enrolment Form or via a link in the online enrolment system.
How can I pay?
You may make payment by cash, cheque, EFTPOS, direct credit or credit card.
- Cash is only accepted at Parnell Trust offices, 27 Glanville Terrace, Parnell.
- Cheques made payable to Parnell Trust and mail to PO Box 37 682 Parnell, Auckland 1151.
- EFTPOS is available at Parnell Trust offices.
- Direct Credit to BNZ Parnell Community Trust 02 0238 0079097 000. Please include code 600 and
your family name.
- Credit Card details can be provided in the online enrolment system, on the enrolment form or payment can be made at Parnell Trust offices. The name 'Parnell Trust' will appear on cardholder statements.
What else should I know?
Please enrol in advance to secure a place so that we can resource the programme appropriately. Enrolment on the day does not guarantee a place in that day's programme.
Parents/caregivers are required to SIGN IN AND SIGN OUT every day that your child attends the programme. The Daily Attendance Record is available as you come in. Photo identification must be produced upon collection of your children. Please BE ON TIME to pick up your child as a late fee will be incurred.
Fees are non refundable including for instances of absence or sickness.
Children should bring their own LUNCH AND MORNING TEA, unless specifically stated in the day's programme. Afternoon tea IS INCLUDED
Children must come to the programme:
- with clothing and footwear appropriate for the day's activities and the weather conditions
- having had sun block applied and with sun block to reapply during the day

with or wearing a hat at all times
Money and personal belongings should be left at home unless specifically requested.
Management and staff welcome you to the School Holiday Programme. All children will be supported and respected while attending our programme.
Behavior management is exercised in a positive and firm manner. Staff are fully trained in the procedures of our behavior guidance policy.
Children enrolled in the LEGO Robotics and sports programmes are invited to join our recreational programmes from 8am-9am and 4pm-6pm.
