School Holiday Programme Enrolment

How do I enrol my child?

An Enrolment Form, together with Policies, Terms & Conditions are available in the printed Parnell Trust School Holiday Programme brochure and online.

Before you enrol your child in a Parnell Trust After School Programme, please be sure to read our Enrolment Contract, Terms and Conditions for January 2009 (40KB)

Select which activities/days you would like to enrol your child/ren for and complete the Selection of Activities form.

Complete the Enrolment Contract and sign it.

How can I pay?

You may make payment by cash, cheque, EFTPOS or direct credit.
Cash is only accepted at Parnell Trust offices, 545 Parnell Road, Parnell.
Cheques made payable to Parnell Trust and mail to PO Box 37 682 Parnell, Auckland 1151.
EFTPOS is available on site (Parnell District Primary School Hall) or at Parnell Trust offices.
Advanced electronic payment. Please ask us for details.

What else should I know?

Please enrol in advance to secure a place so that we can resource the programme appropriately. Enrolment on the day does not guarantee a place in that day's programme.

Parents/caregivers are required to SIGN IN AND SIGN OUT every day that your child attends the programme. The Daily Attendance Record is available as you come in. Photo identification must be produced upon collection of your child/ren. Please BE ON TIME to pick up your child as a late fee will be incurred

Children should bring their own LUNCH AND MORNING TEA, unless specifically stated in the day's programme. Afternoon tea IS INCLUDED

Children must come to the programme:
- with clothing and footwear appropriate for the day's activities and the weather conditions
- having had sun block applied and with sun block to reapply during the day
- with or wearing a hat at all times

Money and personal belongings should be left at home unless specifically requested.

Management and staff welcome you to the School Holiday Programme. All children will be supported and respected while attending our programme.

Behaviour management is exercised in a positive and firm manner. Staff are fully trained in the procedures of our behaviour guidance policy.

Children enrolled in Business for Kids or Science, Engineering and Technology programmes are invited to join our recreational programmes from 8am-9am and 4pm-6pm.
