Philosophy and Teachers

As a teaching team we focus on;

Providing safe and stimulating environment
Our goal is to make all children feel safe and cared for while at Gladstone Park Early Childhood Centre. Our dedicated teachers are committed to creating a welcoming environment where children are encouraged to become eager learners, empowered to ask questions and find their own answers as well as having fun and interacting with other children.
Respecting individuality and honouring emotions
We strongly believe that all children are capable and competent individuals. We respect their individuality and honour their emotions. Children are important to us, therefore we are focused on being sensitive to their feelings. We encourage them to express their emotions by listening to them and making an effort to understand them.
Supporting cultural diversity
We encourage children to cherish their own cultural identity and be mindful and respectful of other children’s cultural background by providing respectful and non-judgemental environment.
