Venue Packages

Venue hire at Parnell Community Centre, in the Jubilee Building, is always competitively priced!


We offer a number of special packages to businesses and, as a Community Centre, special low-cost options are always available for Not for Profits and Public Sector organisations. Community organisation and tuition bookings are charged at an hourly rate.

Breakfast, half day, evening, multi day, self-service and social event rates are available.

We are confident that, by booking with us, you'll make your meeting or conference budget go further!  

All venue bookings help Parnell Trust provide community activities within the Parnell Community Centre, including Community Classes and the Parnell Farmers' Market.

Meeting Room Hire for this October only $315 (inc. GST) at Parnell Community Centre!

On selected days in October through to November 10th, book an all-day Meeting or Workshop with all-day catering for 15 or more and pay only $315 for venue hire (That’s a 20% OFF the original rate) including Arrival Tea/Coffee for all participants (Thats an additional $60 OFF the bill). This great deal applies to new bookings only.

 

November Special:

November Workshop for 15 or more gets you free venue hire in January or February 2018

Hold a Workshop or Training Day in the Jubilee Building this November, with all-day catering for a minimum of 15 participants, and you'll get a similar size room free next January or February for your follow-up workshop! The offer of the free room is valid only in January or February 2018. This great deal applies to new bookings only.

Super cost-effective meetings for Not for Profits

In addition to specially discounted venue hire, Not For Profits, including Public Sector and Community Organisations, can choose a Budget catering package. Our two caterers offer tempting menu options including all-day meeting packages starting from as low as $25 per person (incl. GST) for meetings of 10 or more. These include a delicious lunch and morning and afternoon teas with snacks.

Early Bird Breakfasts in Parnell

Organise your early bird meeting at the Jubilee Building from 6.30 to 8.45am and you will pay only $16 per person for your room AND a fine Continental Breakfast (minimum 15 people; GST included).

Our Early Bird special includes room hire: seating for 15 - 25 at cloth-covered tables, with catering in the adjoining verandah plus a full Continental Breakfast with a selection of cereals with milk and yoghurt; fruit juice; toast with butter and preserves; and organic filter coffee and a selection of teas.
