Venue Packages

Venue hire at Parnell Community Centre, in the Jubilee Building, is always competitively priced!


We offer a number of special packages to businesses and, as a Community Centre, special low-cost options are always available for Not for Profits and Public Sector organisations. Community organisation and tuition bookings are charged at an hourly rate.

Breakfast, half day, evening, multi day, self-service and social event rates are available.

We are confident that, by booking with us, you'll make your meeting or conference budget go further!  

All venue bookings help Parnell Trust provide community activities within the Parnell Community Centre, including Community Classes and the Parnell Farmers' Market.

The Jubilee Hall for only $950!

Hire the Jubilee Hall for a function in November or December for only $950 (self set-up and incl. GST), if you make your booking by September 30th.  We’ll  clear the room after your event at no additional charge, saving you $250.

Super cost-effective meetings for Not for Profits

In addition to specially discounted venue hire, Not For Profits, including Public Sector and Community Organisations, can choose a Budget catering package. Our two caterers offer tempting menu options including all-day meeting packages starting from as low as $25 per person (incl. GST) for meetings of 10 or more. These include a delicious lunch and morning and afternoon teas with snacks.

Early Bird Breakfasts in Parnell

Organise your early bird meeting at the Jubilee Building from 6.30 to 8.45am and you will pay only $16 per person for your room AND a fine Continental Breakfast (minimum 15 people; GST included).

Our Early Bird special includes room hire: seating for 15 - 25 at cloth-covered tables, with catering in the adjoining verandah plus a full Continental Breakfast with a selection of cereals with milk and yoghurt; fruit juice; toast with butter and preserves; and organic filter coffee and a selection of teas.
