Exhibition 28 Feb + 1 March

Last Saturday, February 21st, artists raced the clock to create art in under 9 hours for the first TSB Bank Art in a Day competition. Their works will be exhibited this weekend in the Parnell Room on the ground floor of Parnell Community Centre, 545 Parnell Road.

Come and see works that aim to capture the character and identity of Parnell, Newmarket or Grafton. Visitors are welcome to the Prize Giving ceremony, to be held in the exhibition space from 6.30 - 7.30pm on Saturday 28 February.

TSB Bank Art in a Day has been organised by volunteers from Parnell Trust, Newmarket Arts Trust, Newmarket Business Association, Parnell Inc, Parnell Community Committee, Newmarket Community Association and the Grafton Residents Association. Thanks to generous sponsorship from TSB Bank, Waitemata Local Board, Gordon Harris and The Olympic, Newmarket.
